Ashgrove is a small studio on Mill Street with easels for twenty-four, a bar with local wine and cider, and instructors who make the first stroke easy.
Come alone, bring a friend, or book the whole room.

How an evening goes
How it works
1. Pick a night
Every night has its own painting. Choose the one you want to take home.
2. Pour a glass
Wine, cider and soft drinks at our bar. Snacks too.
3. Paint along
Your instructor leads one step at a time. Nobody is left behind.
4. Take it home
Your canvas is dry enough to carry by the time you leave.
Private parties
The studio is yours for the evening
Birthdays, showers and reunions for ten or more. You choose the painting, we set the easels, pour the drinks and lead the night.

Date nights
Two canvases that make one scene. Friday evenings, once a month.
Kids and families
Saturday mornings for ages 6 to 12, and family afternoons on school holidays. No bar, lots of color.
